The Art of Cooking
Chef Rahimli Fuad, who began his culinary journey in Istanbul, creates a menu that combines Warsaw tradition with global trends.
His specialty is Josper grilled dishes, where perfectly cooked meats and seafood acquire a unique aroma thanks to charcoal. Each dish is a careful combination of the highest quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship.
