CHEF OF THE WARSAW BREWERY – Adam Chrząstowski

He is one of the most prominent Polish chefs, having been a key figure in the evolution of modern gastronomy in Poland for many years. His cuisine is rooted in the finest Polish and Galician culinary traditions, seamlessly blending classic flavors with a contemporary approach to ingredients and technique.

He honed his expertise in renowned hotels and restaurants both in Poland and abroad, including stints in Warsaw and Shanghai. He was a co-founder of the Kraków-based restaurant Ancora, which earned recognition in the Michelin Guide, and served as the executive chef of Ed Red. A winner of the “Master of Masters” award and President of the Bocuse d’Or Academy Poland, he is a highly regarded culinary consultant who prioritizes seasonality, craftsmanship, and the premium quality of produce in his work.
