Chef Adam Chrząstowski is one of Poland’s most renowned chefs, having been a key figure in the evolution of the country’s modern culinary scene for years. His cuisine draws on the finest Polish and Galician traditions, seamlessly blending classic flavors with a contemporary approach to ingredients and technique.

TRADITION AND MODERNITY
We are bringing brewing traditions back to the historical cellars of time, i.e. the heart of Warsaw Breweries. We combine elements of cuisine, culture and entertainment. The project includes a craft brewery, a restaurant serving modern Warsaw cuisine, an atmospheric whiskey cocktail-bar and an Italian restaurant - Pizza Lecentano.
MEETING PLACE
A new meeting place for Warsaw residents and a must-visit beer attraction of the capital. It is one of the largest and most modern restaurant breweries in this part of Europe.
CRAFT BREWERY
We produce 18 types of excellent craft beer, including legendary flavors known from the glory days of the former Warsaw Breweries. The monthly production of beer is 32, and the annual production is as much as 384 thousand liters of beer. The brewers also took care of fresh, unfiltered and unpasteurized beer, specially prepared for take-away purchase.
CULINARY ADVENTURE
The restaurant in the Brewery serves contemporary diverse cuisine based on the heritage of the legendary gastronomy of Warsaw and Lviv. These dishes, diversified with delicacies from different parts of the world, take you on an extraordinary culinary journey. We serve dishes from the Josper charcoal-fired grill, beer bestsellers, fresh seafood, delicious burgers and an unusual vegetarian menu.
